+ Do I need to be an AIESEC member to go on exchange?

It is not necessary to be an AIESEC member to go on exchange. Anyone who has the requirements is free to apply and live a leadership experience abroad ✈️

+ What does the Global Volunteer fee cover?

Global Volunteer covers the next benefits:

• AIESEC exchange preparation seminars for cultural adaptation
• AIESEC workshops for leadership development
• AIESEC exchange certificate
• Airport pickup at the beginning of your experience
• Accomodation coverage depends on the country and project

Please read:

• AIESEC supports visa process in case you need acceptance letters, but does not cover the costs for visas.
• Any extra charges will be detailed in the opportunity page or by the opportunity manager.

+ Can I go on exchange if I’m not a university student?

Yes! Many volunteering opportunities are open for graduates and non-students. If you have the skills or the experience needed and get accepted in the process, you're good to go ✅

+ There is no AIESEC in my university. What can I do?

Just sign up on our website. Check you put correct information! One of our members will approach you virtually through LINE chat, email or a phone call 📲

+ What do AIESEC members do?

Our members work together for developing exchange activities, organizing events and shaping the backbone of the organization. We have roles in exchange operations, marketing, finance, human resources and more!

+ What are the requirements to be an AIESEC member?

• You need to be between 18 and 29 years old
• Students and graduates can apply
• AIESEC is open for local Thai and international students :)
• While is not obligatory, having decent English communication and reading skills because education material and sessions for members is mostly in English.

+ What is my role as an AIESEC partner?

For non-profit organizations through Global Volunteer:

• Co-create a 6-weeks volunteering project which can be impactful and challenging for our exchange participants and your local community
• Tell us which profiles would be perfect for you. AIESEC will help you with the applicants' selection process.

For companies, through a partnership:

• Co-create an organizational project which can be impactful and challenging for your local community
• Participate as a sponsor and/or speaker in our local and national events
• Depending on your level of impact, you can develop a mid-term project with AIESEC

+ What does my organization need to be an AIESEC partner?

AIESEC works on social and environmental projects which are aligned to at least one of the 17 United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. If you have an idea or your organization works on a program which supports a similar cause, we can do it together! 🙌🏼🙌🏻
